Artelia’s 2010 turnover was in excess of €300m (€300.7m). This figure marks continued strong growth and exceeds by 3.8% the cumulated 2009 turnover of Artelia’s two components, Coteba and Sogreah. Fees represent the major proportion of turnover (€266m in 2010). The group’s full-time workforce exceeds 2600, including over 1500 engineers and PhDs. The group’s teams are divided among some 100 sites, comprising 35 offices in France and 60 in 40 other countries.

| Thanks to the group’s presence in 25 countries, its European activity represents 42% of its international turnover. Africa (largely the Maghreb countries), Asia (mainly Vietnam) and the Middle East are other areas in which the group is strongly represented. |  |
