Artelia, a leading player in the transition to a green economy, offers integrated services relating to Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs)
Artelia has signed an Energy Performance Contract (EPC) relating to the Gadagne Museums and Vaise swimming pool in Lyon, acting as lead firm in a consortium with ENGIE Cofely and Alep Architecture. This is the first contract of this type to be instigated by Lyon City Council, and it stipulates a 24% reduction in energy consumption over a ten-year period.
This new assignment consolidates Artelia’s position as a leader in the field of Energy Performance Contracts, capable of providing integrated retrofitting services to make buildings more energy-efficient.
Today, EPCs are playing a strategic role in combatting climate change, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and cutting energy bills. They are being instigated in rapidly increasing numbers across France, as public clients adopt them.
