Artelia reinforces its industrial expertise in Northern Europe with the acquisition of LBP Engineering by its Danish subsidiary MOE in order to form a strong pharma unit
On 3 May 2022 in Denmark, MOE, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Artelia, announces the acquisiition of 100% of the shares of LBP Engineering. The two companies are joining their expertise covering the full range of engineering consultancy services towards the pharmaceutical and biotech industry.
After welcoming MOE in December 2019, a leading player in the Danish engineering sector, and acquiring the Norwegian engineering company Olav Olsen in October 2020, Artelia takes a new step in its growth dynamics in Northern Europe, confirming its position as one of Europe's major engineering firms.
By joining MOE within the Artelia Group, LBP gains access to one of Denmark's largest engineering companies where 1,100 employees cover all engineering services within industry, buildings, civil and infrastructure works.
