Artelia provides comprehensive expertise in all technical fields from design through to commissioning. The Group participates in solar energy projects of all types (buildings, solar carports, ground-mounted or floating) and is developing skills in solar resources, PV and HV electricity and the associated civil and geotechnical, road, utility and environmental engineering.

Assistance with applications for authorisation. Grid integration studies (static and dynamic grid studies, dimensional designs of storage systems when required) and environmental impact assessments.

Due Diligence during the sale of assets, the arrangement of debt to fund PV projects, or the refinancing of project portfolios.

The project concerns construction supervision services for a 10 MWp photovoltaic plant on a plot located just next to the Oua-Tom aerodrome, in the commune of La Foa.
Artelia was in charge of studying the connection of the photovoltaic power plants in Koutalia (55 MW) and Sikasso (65 MW) to the interconnected network in Mali. Precise models of intermittent power generation were developed.
