Preparation of statutory environmental and safety studies required to obtain authorisation to exploit the new 1398.29 MW combined cycle power plant at Jijel (El Milia) in conformity with Algerian legislation:

- In-depth measurements to determine the baseline environmental situation: acoustics, suspended dust, soil and water, with a view to describing the baseline situation of the site and its environment
- Environmental and social impact assessments
- Definition of attenuation measures
