La Grande-Motte, a thriving seaside resort, has undertaken to expand its marina and surrounding urban area as a route to securing its future prosperity. The project, which involves the complete redevelopment of the marina to accommodate an ecosystem dedicated to water sports and sailing, includes the redevelopment of public spaces, the construction of 500 bioclimatic housing units meeting today’s standards in terms of non-motorised mobility, plant cover, seaward-oriented development, and sports and leisure offerings.
Working with the architect François Leclercq, our teams are coordinating design and construction supervision for the coastal infrastructure and on-shore urban development components, and the associated environmental studies.
