Very tight schedule for such high-rise building. Design had to run with schedule parallelly.
Client is the one who appointed contractors (it was mainly based on relationship and quotation but capacity is not priority)
Project characteristics
- 6 residential towers with 50 floors and 3 basement levels located along the river Saigon, at the heart of the city
- Surface area: 1,500,000 m2
