Context & Issues

Situated just outside Paris, this office building project designed by architect Jean-Paul Viguier, stands out from other projects because of its size (58,000 m2 on 8 floors) and the quality of its architectural style. The indoor spaces are organised around massive patios that foster networking and creation.
Artelia, which is in charge of supervising the works, started by coordinating asbestos removal and deconstruction works in the former Eiffel hall, which will be reintegrated at the heart of the structure in order to create a hub that will accommodate shops, a restaurant, a reading room, etc.

Project characteristics
  • Office building with an internal floor area of 56,000 m² on 9 storeys, with a mezzanine above a double ground floor comprising several cantilevers on its main façade.
  • Eiffel-type market hall with an internal floor area of about 2,500 m² on two floors, accommodating catering outlets
