Heavy rehabilitation of a building complex consisting of 2 independent buildings to be combined into one comprising an RIE, a cafeteria, a fitness room, a concierge service, a business centre with auditorium and shops.

Project characteristics

• Support for selective deconstruction from resource diagnosis to the end of the worksite in the context of a major office restructuring.
• Supervision of the careful removal and management of the reuse in situ and ex situ.
• Co-design of reused furniture with the designer.
