Construction of Europe’s largest trading room, which can accommodate 3,500 trading desks distributed over the 80,000 m2 surface area.
- 150 m long and 40 m wide building (not classified as a high-rise building), consisting of a podium built over the existing RN314 main road, and supporting 6 floors above ground and a mezzanine on the concourse level.
- Seven underground levels accommodating: car parks, delivery areas, most of the plant rooms and the access road for the fire brigade
- Ground floor: service sector activities, reception and food service areas
- Intermediate storeys: trading rooms in the form of large open-plan spaces (3900 m² with no partition walls), office areas, leisure, relaxation and food service areas.
