The extension project, which adds a total floor area of 21 000 m² and a gross leasable area of 17,000 m², was built mainly above high-speed train tracks. The two-storey building accommodates 30 new shops and a personalised customer itinerary, in an architectural style that is reminiscent of the end of the 19th century, meeting the environmental standards of the Disneyland Paris amusement park.
This extension will increase the surface area of the shopping centre to 105,000 m2 and the number of visitors from 17 million today to 20 million in 2020.

- Large mall consisting of a 24-m high glass roof inspired by that of the Grand Palais in Paris. It accommodates 9-m high shop windows, food kiosks and the biggest OLED pendant in Europe (approximately 9000 light sources).
