Nous avons pleinement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 la RSE dans la strat\u00e9gie globale et le fonctionnement quotidien du Groupe. Rattach\u00e9 au conseil d\u2019administration, le comit\u00e9 RSE d\u00e9finit la strat\u00e9gie en mati\u00e8re d\u2019engagements environnementaux, sociaux et de gouvernance (ESG). La direction RSE d\u00e9ploie ensuite cette strat\u00e9gie \u00e0 tous les niveaux de l\u2019organisation, ce qui aboutit \u00e0 de multiples actions en faveur de la protection de l\u2019environnement, du bien-\u00eatre au travail, ou encore de la qualit\u00e9 des relations avec les parties prenantes…
Avec la mont\u00e9e en puissance des attentes (taxonomie verte europ\u00e9enne, finance durable\u2026), nous portons nos efforts sur l\u2019\u00e9valuation d\u00e9taill\u00e9e des risques et opportunit\u00e9s ESG associ\u00e9s aux projets qui nous sont confi\u00e9s. Nous voulons contribuer \u00e0 des r\u00e9alisations qui font sens et qui sont en totale r\u00e9sonance avec nos valeurs. Pour \u00eatre irr\u00e9prochables dans la conduite de nos affaires, nous avons \u00e9labor\u00e9 une charte \u00e9thique et int\u00e9grit\u00e9 qui s\u2019inspire des standards internationaux les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Nous avons mis en \u0153uvre un r\u00e9seau de responsables, r\u00e9partis dans les diff\u00e9rentes entit\u00e9s du Groupe, qui veille au respect des r\u00e8gles \u00e9thiques au quotidien. Nous avons renforc\u00e9 nos syst\u00e8mes de vigilance et d\u2019alerte afin que tous les collaborateurs et collaboratrices puissent trouver aide et conseil en la mati\u00e8re. Nous avons \u00e9galement adh\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019association Transparency International pour partager les bonnes pratiques.
Nous continuons de perfectionner notre organisation et apportons une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 la formation de l\u2019ensemble de nos \u00e9quipes \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9thique et \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9, partout sur la plan\u00e8te.<\/p>
