proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;acquisition le 19 d\u00e9cembre 2022 de 100 % du capital de ProjektPlan GmbH.<br \/><br \/><\/p><h3>Une implantation renforc\u00e9e en Allemagne<\/h3><p>Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en conception architecturale et en management de projets dans le domaine de la distribution d\u2019\u00e9nergies pour la mobilit\u00e9, ProjektPlan GmbH rassemble une \u00e9quipe de plus de 20 collaborateurs experts dans leur domaine. Cette acquisition consolide la visibilit\u00e9 d\u2019Artelia en Allemagne qui dispose d\u00e9sormais d\u2019une implantation \u00e0 Osnabr\u00fcck en compl\u00e9ment de son implantation d\u2019origine \u00e0 Hambourg, portant ainsi l\u2019effectif de la filiale \u00e0 plus de 120 personnes.
