avec la hausse des prix des hydrocarbures et le durcissement des r\u00e8glementations en faveur de la d\u00e9carbonation, le recours \u00e0 des installations g\u00e9othermiques pour chauffer et climatiser les b\u00e2timents est de plus en plus courant. Lorsque les ressources en eaux souterraines le permettent, la technologie sur nappe est adopt\u00e9e. Elle consiste \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un doublet g\u00e9othermique pour puiser l\u2019eau et la restituer ensuite dans son milieu d\u2019origine. C\u2019est la solution retenue par Icade Promotion, en compl\u00e9ment du raccordement au r\u00e9seau urbain de chaleur, pour le chauffage et le refroidissement de l\u2019ensemble immobilier Origine, un programme mixte (bureaux, logements, commerces) de 66\u00a0500\u00a0m<sup>2<\/sup> de planchers.<\/p><p>Artelia a effectu\u00e9 un forage de reconnaissance pour identifier l\u2019aquif\u00e8re le plus int\u00e9ressant \u00e0 exploiter, puis r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une mod\u00e9lisation hydraulique et thermique afin de v\u00e9rifier la faisabilit\u00e9 du projet au d\u00e9bit souhait\u00e9 (60 \u00e0 80\u00a0m<sup>3<\/sup>\/h). Nos \u00e9quipes ont alors mis en \u0153uvre une solution bas\u00e9e sur deux forages de pompage et deux forages de r\u00e9injection, en assurant le dimensionnement et la r\u00e9daction du cahier des charges de l\u2019installation, puis le suivi des travaux jusqu\u2019\u00e0 r\u00e9ception.
