plus encombr\u00e9es de la ville pour les cyclistes. Ni les conditions des v\u00e9los ni celles des pi\u00e9tons ne sont \u00e0 la hauteur des normes de la municipalit\u00e9. Artelia a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la meilleure fa\u00e7on d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer les conditions de circulation de ces usagers vuln\u00e9rables de la route, sans entra\u00eener de cons\u00e9quences elementor-size-default\">CONTEXTE &amp; ENJEUX<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6f1a293e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6f1a293e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les pistes cyclables de Torvegade sont \u00e9troites et leur capacit\u00e9 horaire estim\u00e9e \u00e0 environ 1 500 v\u00e9los par heure. Cependant, selon des comptages r\u00e9cents, 3 000 \u00e0 3 300 v\u00e9los passent en moyenne dans la rue, par heure, lors des pointes de circulation du matin. L&rsquo;encombrement de Torvegade est manifestement un probl\u00e8me amen\u00e9 \u00e0 s&rsquo;aggraver en raison de l&rsquo;expansion urbaine et de l&rsquo;augmentation du nombre de citadins, qui se traduiront par un nombre encore plus important de cyclistes.<br \/>Dans le cadre du projet \u00ab\u00a0Augmentation de la capacit\u00e9 cyclable sur Torvegade\u00a0\u00bb, Artelia a examin\u00e9 diff\u00e9rentes options d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration du trafic en \u00e9troite collaboration avec la ville de Copenhague et par le biais d&rsquo;un dialogue avec le comit\u00e9 de district local. Le projet comprenait divers comptages de trafic, une cartographie d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de la zone, une analyse de l&rsquo;espace urbain et l&rsquo;implication des citoyens.<\/p><p>En outre, les diff\u00e9rentes options ont \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9es en utilisant le mod\u00e8le de trafic COMPASS, qu&rsquo;Artelia a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour la ville de Copenhague. Plusieurs solutions diff\u00e9rentes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 discut\u00e9es, et finalement, deux propositions diff\u00e9rentes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remises aux politiciens locaux.<\/p><p>En mars 2022, le conseil municipal a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;aller de l&rsquo;avant en adoptant notre premi\u00e8re proposition, qui implique l&rsquo;\u00e9largissement des pistes cyclables et des trottoirs dans les deux sens (3,5 m et 2 m respectivement).
