Utvikling AS est l\u2019organisation \u00e0 l\u2019origine de ce vaste projet qui pr\u00e9voit de transformer l\u2019ancien port commercial de Trondheim en un quartier mixte anim\u00e9 comprenant des logements, des b\u00e2timents commerciaux et des espaces publics accueillants. Dans leur proposition de plan directeur, les architectes Cobe et Topic ont voulu garantir l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 de tous au fjord, en cr\u00e9ant un parc g\u00e9n\u00e9reux au bord de l\u2019eau. Ils se sont aussi appuy\u00e9s sur la dimension historique du site, en utilisant les fondations des entrep\u00f4ts d\u2019origine pour \u00e9difier les diff\u00e9rents b\u00e2timents qui seront essentiellement construits en bois.<\/p><p>L\u2019objectif \u00e9tant de cr\u00e9er un quartier ax\u00e9 sur la durabilit\u00e9, Artelia apporte au projet ses id\u00e9es et ses multiples savoir-faire en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9nergie, de construction durable, d\u2019analyse de cycle de vie, de nature en ville\u2026 Nos \u00e9quipes ont ainsi identifi\u00e9 que les mat\u00e9riaux existants dans la zone du projet repr\u00e9sentent une ressource consid\u00e9rable qui sera r\u00e9utilis\u00e9e autant que possible dans la construction des b\u00e2timents et infrastructures. Des propositions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 faites pour combiner diff\u00e9rents concepts \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques tels que les pompes \u00e0 chaleur et le chauffage par la mer, le stockage saisonnier de chaleur et les piles \u00e0 combustible hydrog\u00e8ne.<\/p><p>Artelia Danemark apporte \u00e9galement ses comp\u00e9tences dans les domaines des routes, du trafic et de la mobilit\u00e9, de la durabilit\u00e9, de l\u2019environnement, des installations \u00e9lectriques, de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 incendie, de l\u2019\u00e9nergie et de l\u2019acoustique.
