produit pr\u00e8s de 70 % de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 du Cameroun.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: normal;\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: normal;\">Un cadre institutionnel et l\u00e9gislatif a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9\ufb01ni pour que tous les utilisateurs de l\u2019eau disposent \u00e9quitablement de la ressource. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 enrichi par la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un syst\u00e8me d\u2019information sur l\u2019eau, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le bassin de la Sanaga est un territoire rural qui accueille une population importante et g\u00e9n\u00e8re \u00e9galement l\u2019essentiel de la production hydro\u00e9lectrique du pays. Il constitue donc une zone dans laquelle la pression sur l\u2019eau est \u00e9lev\u00e9e et la mise en place d\u2019un GIRE bienvenue pour r\u00e9pondre aux enjeux de partage et de protection de la ressource. La d\u00e9marche a \u00e9t\u00e9 initi\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019occasion du lancement du projet hydro\u00e9lectrique de Lom Pangar, qui, avec la construction d\u2019un barrage-r\u00e9servoir de 6 Mm3, permettra \u00e0 la fois l\u2019augmentation de la capacit\u00e9 de production d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 du Cameroun et la r\u00e9duction des fluctuations saisonni\u00e8res de d\u00e9bit du fleuve Sanaga. L\u2019objectif est de mettre en place un cadre de gestion rationnel, \u00e9quitable et durable, en phase avec le processus national de r\u00e9forme du secteur de l\u2019eau.<\/p><p><br>Artelia a pilot\u00e9 la cr\u00e9ation de ce GIRE qui n\u00e9cessitait \u00e0 la fois la modernisation du syst\u00e8me de collecte des donn\u00e9es sur l\u2019eau et la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une commission de bassin, dot\u00e9e de ressources financi\u00e8res, de personnels comp\u00e9tents et d\u2019outils adapt\u00e9s. Nos \u00e9quipes ont ainsi audit\u00e9 le syst\u00e8me d\u2019information existant et \u00e9valu\u00e9 les besoins de modernisation. Elles ont ensuite accompagn\u00e9 la cr\u00e9ation de la Commission du bassin de la Sanaga (CBS) en intervenant sur ses diff\u00e9rents aspects (cadre juridique et dimension budg\u00e9taire d\u2019investissement et de fonctionnement, organisation op\u00e9rationnelle, feuille de route technique, strat\u00e9gie d\u2019information et de communication\u2026).
