de l\u2019op\u00e9ration MEREN (mobilisation des ressources en eau des micro-r\u00e9gions Est et Nord), le conseil d\u00e9partemental de La R\u00e9union a confi\u00e9 \u00e0 Artelia la conception de r\u00e9seaux d\u2019irrigation et d\u2019un projet de valorisation des eaux trait\u00e9es issues de la station d\u2019\u00e9puration du grand Prado.<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: normal;\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: normal;\">Le projet porte sur la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une conduite ma\u00eetresse de 20 km, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 6 km de galeries de transfert, 30 000 m\u00b3 de r\u00e9servoirs et 24 franchissements.<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: climat tropical, la R\u00e9union ne manque pas d\u2019eau, m\u00eame si les abondantes pr\u00e9cipitations dont b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie l\u2019\u00eele sont in\u00e9galement r\u00e9parties. Ce sont plut\u00f4t les infrastructures de stockage et de distribution de la ressource qui s\u2019av\u00e8rent insuffisantes, notamment dans la zone des hauts et les r\u00e9gions Nord et Est. Le programme d\u2019irrigation Meren (mobilisation des ressources en eau des micro-r\u00e9gions Est et Nord) vise justement \u00e0 pallier cette insuffisance.<\/p><p>Il permettra d\u2019irriguer plus de 5 000 hectares de terres agricoles qui accusent actuellement un d\u00e9ficit d\u2019infrastructures hydrauliques. Il comporte \u00e9galement un projet de valorisation des eaux us\u00e9es issues de la station d\u2019\u00e9puration du grand Prado pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des besoins agricoles, notamment l\u2019irrigation de plus de 500 ha de cannes \u00e0 sucre.
