M\u00e9tropole s\u2019est engag\u00e9 dans une d\u00e9marche innovante de r\u00e9utilisation des eaux us\u00e9es trait\u00e9es (EUT) de la station d\u2019\u00e9puration et de traitement d\u2019Orl\u00e9ans la Source \u00e0 Saint-Cyr-en-Val. L\u2019objectif est d\u2019utiliser ces EUT pour arroser des espaces verts, en particulier un grand parc floral (35ha), et \u00e9viter ainsi de puiser dans le Loiret pour le faire.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: normal;\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: normal;\">Artelia a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 la ma\u00eetrise d\u2019\u0153uvre compl\u00e8te de ce projet en accompagnant Orl\u00e9ans M\u00e9tropole depuis la conception des installations jusqu\u2019\u00e0 leur r\u00e9ception et \u00e9galement dans sa elementor-size-default\">CONTEXTE &amp; ENJEUX<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5e65edc8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5e65edc8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Premier site touristique du Loiret, le parc floral d\u2019Orl\u00e9ans la Source est un espace ouvert (35 ha) qui re\u00e7oit en p\u00e9riode estivale pr\u00e8s de 20 000 visiteurs par jour. Son alimentation en eau d\u2019arrosage est principalement r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de la source de l\u2019Ab\u00eeme (source du Loiret), mais ce type de pratique est aujourd\u2019hui remis en question en raison de la baisse du niveau moyen de cette rivi\u00e8re et des restrictions de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement de plus en plus fr\u00e9quentes qui doivent \u00eatre \u00e9dict\u00e9es. Orl\u00e9ans M\u00e9tropole a donc mis \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude une solution plus durable, un projet de r\u00e9utilisation des eaux us\u00e9es trait\u00e9es de la station d\u2019\u00e9puration voisine d\u2019Orl\u00e9ans la Source. Cette infrastructure, qui traite chaque jour les effluents domestiques et industriels des environs, pour les retourner ensuite dans la Loire, repr\u00e9sente un gisement d\u2019eau tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant.<\/p><p>Rarement mise en \u0153uvre par les collectivit\u00e9s fran\u00e7aises, ce type de d\u00e9marche n\u00e9cessite de prendre en compte des aspects fondamentaux de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sanitaire. Artelia a donc travaill\u00e9 en \u00e9troite collaboration avec Orl\u00e9ans M\u00e9tropole, les services de l\u2019\u00c9tat (agence r\u00e9gionale de sant\u00e9 notamment) et les exploitants de la station d\u2019\u00e9puration et du parc floral pour anticiper au maximum les al\u00e9as et trouver des solutions permettant au projet d\u2019aboutir. Une fili\u00e8re de traitement tertiaire suppl\u00e9mentaire, de type filtre \u00e0 sable\/UV, suivie d\u2019une d\u00e9sinfection \u00e0 l\u2019hypochlorite de sodium (pour supprimer virus et bact\u00e9ries), a \u00e9t\u00e9 retenue afin de produire une eau us\u00e9e trait\u00e9e de qualit\u00e9 A (baignade), utilisable pour l\u2019arrosage. Afin de l\u2019imiter l\u2019empreinte carbone et les impacts environnementaux du projet, il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019installer ces nouveaux \u00e9quipements de traitement, stockage et distribution dans un b\u00e2timent en b\u00e9ton existant et inoccup\u00e9.<\/p><p>Aujourd\u2019hui, l\u2019installation est entr\u00e9e en service.
