GOVERNANCE
Chaired by Claude Imauven, Chairman of the Board of Orano and former Chief Operating Officer of Saint-Gobain, the Board of Directors is made up of 11 members, including 5 independent members. It defines the strategy of the Artelia Group and relies on the work of the 3 committees of the Board of Directors: the CSR Committee, the Risks, Audit and Accounts Committee, and the Nomination, Remuneration and Governance Committee.
Artelia is managed by Benoît Clocheret, Chief Executive Officer of the Group. The Executive Committee is made up of 14 members. It implements the strategy defined by the Board of Directors and drives the Group’s operational activity.
The Ethics Committee is made up of 10 members and chaired by Olivier Sertour, former General Secretary of Artelia Group.
