This report, formerly known as the Extra-Financial Performance Report, has evolved in both form and structure. This change forms part of a gradual move towards compliance with the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive), to which the Group will be subject from the 2027 financial year, with publication expected in 2028. Rather than waiting for the regulatory deadline, we have chosen to get ahead of this transition: this 2025 edition therefore represents a further step in this ongoing work, ahead of a full switch to a fully compliant format by 2027–2028. 

This report reflects our ongoing commitment to environmental, social and governance responsibility, and demonstrates the Group’s determination to strengthen the transparency and reliability of its ESG data year on year. 

This 2025 edition also provides an opportunity to review our 2020–2025 CSR policy, looking back at the commitments made and the results achieved over the past five years. This assessment shows broadly positive results, with several objectives met or well on track: 

• Governance: the objectives relating to value sharing and employee share ownership among under-45s have been met, ESG integration into strategic bids is progressing, and responsible procurement is being progressively structured.  

• Environment: carbon emissions are declining across Scopes 1 and 2 (-6.4%) despite a slight rise in Scope 3 emissions  (+1.98%), and eco-design training is evolving into a more ambitious scheme (TRACE). 

• Social: the safety objective has been met, diversity is improving within management, and employee engagement and wellbeing are receiving particular attention along with improvement plans. 
• Community and charitable engagement: the Artelia Foundation has exceeded its skills-based volunteering targets (600 days), and academic partnerships are expanding, carrying the Group towards new ambitions for 2030.
  
  

This 2025 report also marks the starting point of a new trajectory towards 2030, with the definition of new objectives that will shape our sustainability roadmap for the years ahead.
