Artelia is adopting a new organisation as of 1 January 2026, more streamlined and clearly focused on improving its long-term overall performance, built on growth, impact and profitability.

The Group is now structured around 6 operational Business Units and 4 cross-functional Business Teams.

The Group Executive Committee now comprises 14 members: Benoît Clocheret, Executive Chairman; Marc Giroussens and Didier Lanfranchi, Deputy Chief Executive Officers; the 6 Executive Directors of the Business Units; and the 5 Directors of the Business Partners (cross-functional central services).
