Artelia announces that it has acquired on 19 December 2022, 100% of the capital of ProjektPlan GmbH.

A stronger presence in Germany

Specialized in architectural design and project management in the field of energy distribution networks for mobility, ProjektPlan GmbH has a team of over 20 experts. This acquisition strengthens Artelia’s visibility in Germany, where it now has an office in Osnabrück in addition to its original office in Hamburg, thereby increasing the subsidiary’s workforce to more than 120 people. It will enable the company to complete its range of expertise in this territory in the strategic market of renewable and new energies, mainly for mobility projects, but also for logistics and industry projects.
