On 5 December 2019 in Copenhagen, ARTELIA and MOE announce the acquisition of 100% of the shares in MOE by ARTELIA, as a result of which the shareholders of MOE will reinvest and become shareholders in Artelia, which is wholly owned by its managers and employees.

Artelia, a leading player in the transition to a green economy, offers integrated services relating to Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs)

Artelia has signed an Energy Performance Contract (EPC) relating to the Gadagne Museums and Vaise swimming pool in Lyon, acting as lead firm in a consortium with ENGIE Cofely and Alep Architecture. This is the first contract of this type to be instigated by Lyon City Council, and it stipulates a 24% reduction in energy consumption over a ten-year period.

The Banque de France inaugurates its facility in Paris La Courneuve, the most innovative currency management centre in Europe

On 13 November 2018, Mr François Villeroy de Galhau, Governor of the Banque de France, officially inaugurated the bank’s new facility in La Courneuve (north of Paris). The 4.5 ha brownfield site formerly occupied by Babcock factories was transformed over a 5-year period by a consortium comprising the Artelia Group and architecture firm Jean-Paul Viguier & Associés.
