Artelia’s engineers frequently take part in research governance bodies, organise scientific seminars and conferences in their fields of expertise, and are called on to coordinate and assess research programmes and projects in their sectors.
Artelia employees authored or co-authored about 50 publications and papers in the framework of scientific events per year.
Several of our colleagues provide training in their technical speciality at universities and engineering schools.
These include in particular:
- the thesis written with Laboratoire Ville Mobilité Transport (City, Mobility, Transport Laboratory), the outcome of a partnership with the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, IFFSTAR and UPEM
- papers on BIM presented at the Autodesk University conference in Las Vegas
- talks presented by Maritime teams on the modelling and simulation tools developed to aid port design during the international conference on coastal and port engineering held in Rio de Janeiro
