New contract for the Grand Paris Express!

Société du Grand Paris has awarded the Intencités15 consortium* (VINCI Construction Grands Projets, lead contractor) the first design-build contract for line 15 (western section) of the Grand Paris Express, the largest urban mobility project currently underway in Europe. This section will link Pont de Sèvres station to La Défense (92).

The €2.7 billion contract, 20% of which is being assigned to local companies, covers the construction of 14 km of tunnels using two 9.85 m diameter tunnel boring machines, five stations (Saint-Cloud 50 m deep, Rueil – Suresnes Mont-Valérien, Nanterre La Boule, Nanterre La Folie and La Défense), a back station and 18 service structures.

Artelia is proud to be contributing to this major project as leader of the integrated project management team, alongside Ingérop, Archi 5 Prod, AREP Architectes, Grimshaw, JFS Architectes and Philippe Gazeau Architecte.

Congratulations to all the teams involved in this collective success!
