Oasiz Madrid, Compagnie de Phalsbourg’s first development in Spain, is highly representative of current efforts to renew and enhance the attractiveness of shopping centres. Located near Madrid, this 90,000 m2 centre is not just a shopping centre, but also a leisure centre where everyone can find something to their personal interest. Artelia Spain has worked hard to make this a reality.

Our teams provided an in-depth understanding of all the phases of the operation and the associated challenges. Particular attention was paid to the sustainability of the project. In addition to the extensive use of water and abundant vegetation (almost 100,000 trees planted), the developers opted for a photocatalytic roof, the installation of 8,000 m2 of photovoltaic panels, and the use of a water reuse and purification system to maintain the lake… Oasiz Madrid has been awarded the BREEAM Excellent label.
