Combine independence and value sharing
To preserve our independence - one of the Group’s core, founding values
Giving all employees the opportunity to share the added value created by the Group, is now one of the pillars of our CSR policy, and as such shows the importance we attach to this approach. To that end, Artelia’s aim is to distribute the equivalent of 50% of its operating profit to its employees and to extend its agreements on pay for a further three years – a sign that we are anticipating and supporting growth.
To preserve our independence - one of the Group’s core, founding values - we are also continuing our employee shareholding efforts, notably through our Employee Shareholding Plan (“FCPE”). The employer’s matching contribution has thus been increased to 50% for all amounts placed in the FCPE from 2021.
The FCPE is the main shareholder and is targeted at the small shareholder. 2,500 people now subscribe to the Plan. This high level of employee participation is reflected in the makeup of the Supervisory Board.
And the fact that the FCPE is represented on the Board of Directors and the Board of Partners demonstrates its importance to the Group.
