Artelia announces that it has acquired on 19 December 2022, 100% of the capital of ProjektPlan GmbH, a German company based in Osnabrück in Lower Saxony.
Hydrogen is a key vehicle for reducing carbon. In the transition to a low-carbon world, hydrogen will play a major role in reducing industrial carbon emissions, developing clean mobility solutions mainly for heavy goods transport, and managing renewables-based energy generation.
Following on from 2020, a year impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic, Artelia’s business rebounded strongly in 2021, with consolidated turnover up 17% to €745m and a sharp increase in operating income to nearly €38m.

On 3 May 2022 in Denmark, MOE, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Artelia, announces the acquisiition of 100% of the shares of LBP Engineering. The two companies are joining their expertise covering the full range of engineering consultancy services towards the pharmaceutical and biotech industry.
The purpose of this global day is to promote women’s rights and shine a spotlight on the reduction of inequalities between men and women.
At international level, acknowledgement of the equal status of women and men is a recent development.
