Artelia is set to acquire 100% of the shares in FNX-INNOV held by a Quebec investment fund.

Artelia, an international multidisciplinary consulting, engineering and project management group, announces that it has acquired on 19 December 2022, 100% of the capital of ProjektPlan GmbH, a German company based in Osnabrück in Lower Saxony.
Following on from 2020, a year impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic, Artelia’s business rebounded strongly in 2021, with consolidated turnover up 17% to €745m and a sharp increase in operating income to nearly €38m.

The Artelia Group, a major player in construction engineering in Europe, has announced the acquisition of SDZ ProcessRéa, a company specializing in the design and project management of intensive and automated logistics facilities.
Team Framtíðarlína led by Artelia was selected in a formal procurement process out of eight strong international design teams, to design a future public transport system in the capital area of Iceland.
